This week was research week here at Utah State University. From award galas to author spotlights to ignite—it was an amazing week celebrating our scientific community here on campus. One of the highlights for our lab was Madison Buntrock’s presentation of her undergraduate honor’s thesis work, The effect of talker familiarity on intelligibility in complex noise at the Student Research Symposium. Madison did an amazing job educating the room and disseminating her work. To top off the week, Madison learned she was awarded an Undergraduate Research and Creative Opportunities (URCO) Grant. Congratulations on your achievements, Madison. We’re very proud of you.
